The King’s Man Trailer Is Here

Disney has released The King’s Man trailer today. Newly announced King’s Man has a released date this fall. The film traces the origins of the spy based franchise. Those are director Matthew Vaughn brought to life in 2014’s Kingsman: The Secret Service and 2017’s sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle.

The official logline signs that “a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions,” This, in turn, spurs the creation of Kingsman. This includes Rasputin, played by Rhys Ifans, and a host of other characters we’ll meet later.

The future of The King’s Man had been a little confused and uncertain. Many people believed Disney might be bringing this Fox acquisition to one of their streaming services. But today, Disney announced that the long-awaited prequel to Fox’s Kingsman franchise would hit movie theaters. It will be screened this September worldwide. By holding to that promise, they have also debuted The King’s Man Trailer.

The King’s Man

The production stage of King’s Man went so quietly and swiftly. It was initially supposed to hit theaters in November 2019 but was subsequently shifted to February 2020 after Disney took control of 20th Century Fox. And then the release date was pushed further back last fall.

As a fan of Vaughn’s and the Kingsman franchise, People are looking forward to The King’s Man and believe Vaughn can complete his film franchise. He previously mentioned that he hoped to wrap things up with yet another Kingsman sequel starring Taron Egerton. But with Disney now in charge of 20th Century’s franchises, who knows what might future holds.

Matthew Vaughn, David Reid and Adam Bohling are the producers. Mark Millar, Dave Gibbons, Stephen Marks, Claudia Vaughn and Ralph Fiennes serve as executive producers. “The King’s Man” is based on the comic book “The Secret Service” by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons. The story is by Matthew Vaughn and the screenplay is by Matthew Vaughn & Karl Gajdusek.

It will come to theaters on 18th September this year.
